With a backsplash not only can you keep the area behind your stove and sink safe from moisture and grease but also, you can add class and elegance to your kitchen, like never before. Backsplashes are no longer only reserved for the area behind your sink or stove. Now, a backsplash is perfect for anywhere there is a countertop. Backsplashes beautifully compliment the kitchen through the contrast of a wooden cabinet versus a brass backsplash or a granite countertop versus the embossed look of a copper backsplash or tin backsplash.

Stainless steel backsplash panels are 18.5" wide to fit between the countertops and cupboards. Tin panels, which come in 2' x 4', are also available for kitchen backsplashes. You can cut these panels to fit your desired size.

Each tin backsplash is available in unfinished steel (tin finish) prepainted white, and plated copper, brass, or chrome. If you choose to go with an unfinished steel backsplash panel, it must be painted with oil base paint. For clear finishes, we recommend polyurethane, specifically the exterior grade (oil base) of polyurethane because it withstands more rigorous weather conditions and has a better quality than the interior grade. Additionally, some manufacturers have a UV inhibitor in their exterior grade, which retards the yellowing effect that occurs over time on white and clear coatings.
